Road Safety Analysis is built around a team of experienced professionals who have collectively been involved in a wide range of road safety work at a national, regional and local level.
Meet the team:
Bruce Walton – with a background in IT & Data consultancy, Bruce heads up the online technologies work for Road Safety Analysis, this includes key projects such as MAST Online & Road Casualties Online.
Dan Campsall - an experienced PR & marketing professional, Dan has been involved in pioneering a number of award winning social marketing and road safety education schemes and leads on marketing and communications strategies for Safer Roads.
Richard Owen - in addition to extensive experience in database development and mapping solutions, Richard has also managed one of the largest road safety partnerships in the country, he continues to lead on infrastructure management and GIS solutions.
Tanya Fosdick - an experienced researcher who has worked in the road safety arena for the last seven years and has been involved in a number of national road safety projects, including being a member of the MAST Steering Group. In addition to research, Tanya has been leading evaluation projects since 2003 after gaining a postgraduate research certificate in research methodology. In 2009, she was selected by the Department for Transport and RoSPA to be a ‘Regional Evaluation Champion’ and was heavily involved in the design and implementation of the new road safety evaluation toolkit, ‘E-valu-it’.
Craig McAlpine – leaving university with a degree in Media Production, Craig went on to work on programmes such as Fifth Gear & The Gadget Show before becoming a Motoring Journalist. Now at RSA, Craig specialises in social media and web projects as well as leading on the highly acclaimed Safer Rider campaign.
Andrew Hartley graduated from university with a masters degree in Geographical Information Systems before working on various projects in the utilities industry and for the Welsh Assembly Government. Now at RSA, Andrew specialises in road casualty and geo-spatial analysis, especially for Safer Roads and Area Profile clients.
